Rezept: Dorschleberaufstrich

 

Zutaten:

  • 1/2 Zwiebel
  • 2-3 (ca. 70g) Gewürzgurken
  • 2 gekochte Eier
  • 1 Dose (190g) Dorschleber
  • 1 EL Majo
  • 1 Prise Kräutersalz
  • 1 Prise weißer Pfeffer

 

 

Zubereitung :

  1. Zwiebel und Gurken in den Mixtopf geben und 2 Sek./St. 5 zerkleinern.
  2. Eier dazugeben und 3 Sek./St. 4 zerkleinern.
  3. 1 Dose Dorschleber (ohne Öl !!), Pfeffer und Kräütersalz dazugeben und 10 Sek./St. 3 vermischen.
